Hope Dunbar & Jana Pochop's "Lost Daughters Tour" will be making a stop at Larksong in October. Fresh out of the recording studio in Nashville they're ready to share the music and the love to singers and songwriters and lovers of song!

Hope Dunbar is a singer-songwriter known for her blend of Americana and country-folk sounds. Hailing from Utica, Nebraska, she has been a pioneer of what she calls "New American Prairie style," crafting semi-autobiographical songs that transform everyday life into art. Her work has garnered recognition, including being a three-time finalist at the Kerrville New Folk Song Contest.

After residing in a small town in Nebraska, Dunbar relocated to New Jersey, bringing her unique "Big Sky sound" to the East Coast. She has opened for national artists and has been a part of shows with Asbury Park musicians. She also co-hosts a weekly podcast, "Prompt Queens," where she and her sister-in-law write a new song each week based on a specific prompt.

Dunbar's latest album, "Happily Ever Elsewhere," was released on August 1st, 2025. The album, which was supported by a Kickstarter campaign, features collaborations with artists such as Darrell Scott, Eliza Gilkyson, and Cory Branan.

Jana Pochop (Jan-a Po-cop) is a singer-songwriter and producer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A 2022 Kerrville New Folk Finalist, she has released five solo albums, one album as a member of onetwothreescream, collaborated with a number of her musical heroes (Don Dixon, Eliza Gilkyson, Lloyd Maines, Sean Hutchison), and amassed a heap of awards and praise along the way. She currently produces her own music and projects for others remotely and at Howlin’ Dog Studio in Alamosa, Colorado. Her self-produced album, Powerlines, will be out on vinyl and everywhere in early 2026.

"Calling Jana Pochop a “songwriter” is like calling Gandalf a guy who can throw together a nice fireworks display for a birthday party." - Texas Music Magazine
